Blue loop is 90% rideable from the trail head. The section around spring mill pond and the new cut section is held rideable and half hike-a-bike. Still a nice workout. Rest of the blue was in great "fat bike" shape. Regular Mtb tires will be a workout. Yellow looks as if it barely is getting foot traffic let alone bike tracks.

Blue is in good shape and seemed to be kinda fast for the skinny tires. The "new" section has a slight reroute up the old climb and ties back in. The descent is a little tricky.... Tests your handling skills.

Awesome conditions on both blue and yellow today. first time I have been able to ride yellow and it is so much more fun then blue on the fat bike I rode it twice

The roads are still VERY icy. Each road crossing dam near had to be walked. A few icy spots by the train tracks that are avoidable. Yellow it is great shape. But it is a little tricky. Get out and ride tomorrow if you can. I know peeps were saying it would be icy. NOT! well the roads suxd asss.

Road Blue and Yellow both days this weekend. Thanks to the snow mobiles, the trail was in great shape. Perfect for fat bikes and rideable on regular MTB's. The warmer temps have started the thaw though. By late Sunday, Blue was showing the start of puddles along the tracks and in other areas in the sun. Given the warm temps this week, not sure conditions will hold.

95% Ridable. Little snow/ice and mud by houses after railroad track straight away. Big tree down before blue to yellow connector. Need to dismount. Snow/ice at start of blue from trailhead.

Did two loops of "green" yesterday. A few areas of wetness, but almost all are avoidable by riding the tree/brush lines. Section after the railroad tracks has a fair amount of pizza cutters, but they are old. With some common sense and good riding, you can leave the trail with a clean bike and not cause any issues with the areas still drying out. Amazing shape given the snow just a couple of days ago.

Rode it yesterday, perfect and all the down trees have been cleaned up or a reroute has been installed. Should be fast for the JETT tonight.

did a night run this evening (on foot) two areas listed previously still blocked on Yellow trail first mile in just before bridge in the lowland area and then another near the last mile. they are smaller trees and hopefully DNR can get to them prior to the weekend. I plan to throw my hand saw in my vehicle to take out just in case they cant get to them by Sat.

a little dry/sandy but super fast. the giant sand pit "shortcut" at the top of Spring Mill pond has a nice groove and is totally rideable

Reported today at ILRA:

One large tree after bench between miles 1 and 1.25 on Yellow. Then a set of two after that just before mile marker 1.25 (not too far from wooden bridge). Also one right after first hill (before sand pit) on Yellow past metal - Kensington Rd. bridge (Mile 3.5, I think) not too far before Fishing site. Four all together. All will need saws,
