One tree down at mile 5 on yellow (after long slight downhill run), some branches on the trail at blue/yellow junction near the trailhead. Nearly perfect!

The warm conditions and number of snow mobiles out has really packed down the base for fat bikes. Heard yellow still needed work, but blue was perfect. More sleds today and some cooler temps will lock in the trail for some time.

frozen face on my ride today, otherwise the trail was a little loose with the cold temps, and plenty of sleds have rode down the whole trail, warmer temps and more fat traffic would pack it nicely!

I inspected the trails today Yellow and Blue loops are still in very unstable condition with some ice STILL on parts of the trails, multiple large mud puddles in low areas and overall wet with some frost still in the ground under the mud on the northern slopes.

Sadly there are those bikers who don't understand that the current state of the trails is "FRAGILE" and they are ruining the paths by creating large ruts and deep tracks (Even Fat Bikes) into the trails or are going off to the sides of the trails to avoid puddles and dislodging the sides of the path and creating a mess. Please don't be one of these bikers and try to ride the trails until "ALL OF THE ICE AND MUD IS CLEARED UP". If your a GREYHOUND and get caught the penalty is the same as misspelling the team name!!!

Soon we can all enjoy the trails, but for now stick to the gravel roads, paved paths and park roads to get your miles in.

Blue is mostly good to go - the last 1.5 miles after the Railroad tracks is still drying out.

A couple dry days and that baby is gonna be perfect!

No report for yellow
..in the meantime, rest well, and dream of large women

It's Sloppy today. Lots of standing water and mud. Doesn't look like it'll get much better the next couple of days.

Beautiful out today...
Good for normal MTBs, but there is some ice that I had to walk.
I would have felt much better on a fatty ... Or with spikes/studs.

The Badlands are awesome right now!!! People are even putting segments up! check it out as it is not icy unless you scoot across one of the small ponds out there.

ILRA is in good shape, only twigs and such on the trail. No trees down blocking the trail.
Get out there and ride!

ILRA has two tree's down on the blue loop after mill pond just before you go down the hill where small bridge hits the road.

Yellow loop has one down too, about 3 miles in.
