For those that don't have Facebook...

This Sunday: Run then Ride at ILRA!

Meet at regular trail head

Run starts at 8:30a - We are running Yellow (6 miles)... you want to run blue (10 miles)... please feel free. :)

Ride starts when peeps are back from the Run & are ready to ride!

Spring is coming! Let's go!

This is intriguing, if I run I would leave the bike at home though for sure :)

Pimp, I would say ride close to 10, little over an hour 6 miles, then a change of clothes.

The bike is relaxed CapriSun. We plan on running every Sunday/riding after if weather permits. Once snow and ice are a regular we move to Kensington because it's salted.
